We collect the email and name you provide at signup, the research queries you submit, the topics and reports generated for you, and basic usage analytics. Payment processing is handled by our payment partner; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your research history is used only to power the dashboard and report history features. We do not sell your personal data. Aggregated, anonymised metrics may be used to improve the AI engine.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored in a secure managed database with row-level security so that only you can read your own research history and reports. Authentication tokens are stored in your browser only.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and localStorage entries required to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or full deletion of your account at any time by writing to researchgapai@gmail.com. Deletion is irreversible.

6. Third parties

We use industry-standard providers for hosting, authentication, AI inference, and payments. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
