Refund Policy

1. Digital product, instant fulfilment

ResearchGap AI sells digital credits that are added to your account the moment a payment is successful. Because the credits are consumed by AI inference (a paid third-party cost) the moment you generate a topic or full report, refunds are generally not available once credits have been used.

2. Refund eligibility

A full refund will be issued if:

  • You paid but no credits were added to your account (technical failure).
  • You were charged more than the displayed plan price.
  • You were charged in duplicate for the same plan within 24 hours.

3. Partial refund

If you have used some but not all credits and believe there is a service-quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may, at our discretion, refund the value of the unused credits.

4. How to request a refund

Email researchgapai@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account with the transaction ID and a short description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-refundable

Credits that have already been consumed, and plans purchased more than 30 days ago, are non-refundable.
